Zusammenfassung der Bewertungen für die Kategorie 'Pool'Die Rezeption des Schwimmbads im Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel und Trade Center war unterschiedlich. Einige Gäste empfanden den Pool als sauber und angenehm und schätzten die gut gepflegten Einrichtungen. Es wurden jedoch auch zahlreiche Probleme festgestellt. Mehrere Gäste erwähnten, dass der Pool schmutzig wirkte, mit Haaren und Krümeln, die im Wasser schwammen, und beschrieben ihn als grün und fast schleimig. Die Größe des Pools war ein weiterer Streitpunkt; viele empfanden ihn als zu klein. Darüber hinaus wurde der Poolbereich als unbequem empfunden und das Wasser wurde häufig als eiskalt beschrieben. Sicherheitsbedenken wurden ebenfalls hervorgehoben, da die Freundin eines Gastes in der Nähe des Poolbereichs ausrutschte und sich verletzte. Obwohl einige den Pool schätzten, ist es klar, dass die Erfahrungen damit uneinheitlich waren.
