Die Gäste waren begeistert von der Möglichkeit, sowohl den Innen- als auch den Außenpool sowie den Innen- und Außenwhirlpool zu nutzen. Einige Gäste hätten sich gewünscht, dass das Hallenbad nur für Erwachsene zugänglich wäre, aber sie fanden es trotzdem einen schönen Ort zum Entspannen. Ein Gast merkte an, dass das Hallenbad und der Whirlpool im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotels, in denen er zuvor übernachtet hat, ausnahmsweise bis 22:30 Uhr geöffnet bleiben. Ein paar Gäste erwähnten, dass der Innenpoolbereich durch die Kinder, die dort hin und her liefen, sandig werden konnte und dass es unten keine Poolhandtücher gab. Nichtsdestotrotz sorgten die Aussicht auf den Strand und den See zusammen mit den phänomenalen Pools für einen unterhaltsamen und angenehmen Aufenthalt für alle Familienmitglieder.
