Das Personal des Le Sereno Hotels ist das Highlight des Hotels. Die Gäste loben seine Freundlichkeit, seine Hilfsbereitschaft und seinen ausgezeichneten Service. Der Concierge ist besonders bemerkenswert für seine Großzügigkeit gegenüber älteren Gästen. Das Personal ist geduldig mit Gästen, die Schwierigkeiten mit der französischen Sprache haben, und das Housekeeping ist großartig. Der 24-Stunden-Parkservice ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Es gab zwar ein paar negative Bemerkungen über den Service, aber die waren eher die Ausnahme als die Regel.
