Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort wird hoch gelobt für sein außergewöhnliches Personal, das ein unübertroffenes Niveau an Kundenbetreuung und Service bietet. Der Butler-Service, insbesondere Linus, ist hervorragend und das netteste Personal, das ich je in einem Resort erlebt habe. Sie sind freundlich, aufmerksam und gehen bei jeder Interaktion über sich hinaus. Obwohl einige Gäste am ersten Tag kleinere Probleme mit Unordnung und unfreundlichem Personal hatten, waren die Butler immer hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Insgesamt wird das Personal von Sugar Beach für seinen unglaublichen Kundenservice gelobt.
