Zusammenfassung der BewertungenDas Palms Turks and Caicos ist ein wunderschönes Hotel und seine erstklassige Lage am Strand ist nach Meinung der Gäste sein größtes Verkaufsargument. Das Wasser ist atemberaubend und der Sand ist besser als in den benachbarten Resorts. Einige Gäste bemängelten jedoch, dass das Strandpersonal unhöflich sein könnte und das Trinkgeld als übertrieben empfunden wurde. Außerdem hat das Hotel keine Kontrolle über den Strandbereich, der aufgrund eines nahe gelegenen Nachtclubs, der bis spät in die Nacht Musik spielt, laut sein kann. Trotz dieser gelegentlichen Probleme mit dem Service und dem Lärmpegel lobten die Gäste insgesamt den einfachen Zugang zum Strand und die bequemen Liegen.

Das Palms Turks and Caicos Hotel ist bekannt für sein außergewöhnliches Personal, das für ein schönes Resort-Erlebnis sorgt. Während einige Gäste von einem gemischten Service sprachen, lobte die Mehrheit das freundliche, aufmerksame und vorausschauende Personal, das sich hervorragend um ihre Bedürfnisse gekümmert hat. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, die Pagen und der Concierge wurden besonders für ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und ihr freundliches Auftreten gelobt. Einige wenige Gäste berichteten jedoch auch über unhöfliches Verhalten einiger Mitarbeiter, die keine Trinkgelder erhalten, wie das Housekeeping und das Strandpersonal. Trotzdem fanden die meisten Gäste das Personal erstaunlich, vor allem an der Bar neben dem Parallel 23. Insgesamt ist das Palms Turks and Caicos ein großartiger Ort für einen Aufenthalt mit einem schönen Resort und freundlichem Personal, das alles tut, um den Gästen das bestmögliche Erlebnis zu bieten.
