Executive Zimmer The spacious Executive Rooms are furnished with a lounge area, which opens onto a private balcony offering views of the surrounding St Clair area. There is a king-sized bed and a private bathroom featuring a separate shower and bath. There is an LCD TV with satellite channels with satellite channels and free WiFi.

Luxuriöses Apartment mit Meerblick The Luxury Ocean View Room offers views over the Otago coastline and St Clair Beach, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony. There is a living area featuring an LCD TV with satellite channels and internet connection, and a bedroom with a king-sized bed. There is a bathroom with a spa bath with separate shower, bathrobes and locally-made toiletries. Laundry and kitchen facilities are provided.

Executive Studio mit Meerblick This studio is situated on the 1st and 2nd floors. It boasts a stunning oceanfront view. There is a super king bed with an array of designer pillows and custom designed mattress toppers, an LCD TV with a range of satellite channels and an alarm clock, hairdryers and ironing facilities. Kitchenette facilities include a refrigerator, toaster, microwave and a kettle. Please note that 2 of the Executive Studios with Ocean View do not have a balcony but have a standard bathroom with a shower only. The other 2 have a balcony and a disability access bathroom. Rooms will be allocated per availability.
